Stroll through meticulously restored Old Town, from 1980 on the UNESCO List. Plunge into the fascinating history of Warsaw from its most remote 13th century beginnings. Discover places off-the-beaten-track missed by many tourists in this highly visited area of Warsaw. The option is also to visit the stunning interiors of the Royal Castle where I am the certified guide.

Let’s wander along one of the most beautiful Warsaw streets, once travelled regularily by the Polish royals, hence the name. Learn where the heart of Frederic Chopin is hidden and where Roman Polanski was filming the Oskar-rewarded “Pianist” movie.
I will also disclose for you a secret: where the authentic bits of 17th and 18th century Warsaw are still to be found.

From the German invasion of 1939, through the occupation terror and resistance against it, Warsaw getto horrors and Getto Uprising, 1944 Warsaw Uprising and arrival of Red Army to the post-war reconstruction and imposed communism…
I will take you on the journey through the history of suffering and heroism of Warsaw, referrred sometimes to as the “Phoenix City”, reborn from its ashes.

Get to know this iconic building which marks Warsaw’s centre so much, a poisoned gift from the Soviets. Untill today the inhabitants of Warsaw have the love & hate relationship with this untipical skyscraper which became one of the city’s symbols.

See the most characteristic buildings representing the socrealistic style but also learn what the reality and every-day life was under the communists – sometimes scary, sometimes absurd. We can also visit the “People’s Republic of Poland Museum” which will transfer you back to these years.

Stroll through atmospheric and relaxing Park where besides wonderful nature, you can also admire beautiful interiors of the palaces that formed once the beloved summer residence of the last king of Poland. See also the Royal Court Theater – one of only two of this kind still existing in the world.

Sometimes called “The Polish Versailles” (I will explain why it is wrong) it is one of the must-see sites in Warsaw. Gorgeous baroque residence with a touching love story in the background and terrace-laid wonderful gardens outside – not to be missed! We can also see the Wilanow new residential area, upmarket and desired by many with one of the largest churches in the world.

Warsaw is one of the fastest changing capitals of Europe, every year becoming more and more beautiful and surprising. This tour is a feast for modern architecture lovers and fans of daring revitalisations of old industrial premises – we can visit Warsaw Breweries, the Norblin Factory, Koneser with Museum of the Polish Vodka and Powisle Powerplant travelling on the ultra-modern, clean and colourful M2 underground line between them.

Long neglected and left-behind, Praga developped at its own pace, almost idependently from the left-bank Warsaw. For the last 15 years it enjoys the revival, where its multicultural past and present comes to spotlight and great street-art awaits you at many corners. It was the least destroyed part of Warsaw during WW2, which keeps still its authenticity and even own specific folklore, that you will be able to get the taste of.

For Frederic Chopin Warsaw was his beloved home town where he learnt, had friends, was falling in love, became a musical genius and got famous already at the very young age. I invite you to follow his footsteps together and dive into his fascinating life stories.

Warsze – before WW2 home to the biggest Jewish community in the world after the one in New York. The place where many Jewish families dispersed around the globe originate from. “I hired Sebastian for a 3-hour tour of Warsaw’s Praga district – not exactly on Poland’s beaten tourist track. I wanted someone knowledgeable to accompany me to my grandfather’s pre-War homes. It wasn’t my first time there and it was very non-conventional. It ended being one of the most meaningful days of my life. Sebastian was extremely familiar with my grandfather’s street and Praga’s Jewish community. He turned a not so unordinary street into a fascinating exploration. I extended spontaneously my tour to five hours.”
Dan Goldstein, Attorney, Montreal, Canada
“My grandfather wrote his autobiography about his time growing up in Lomza Poland and I was looking for someone who could take me there and point out the spots he described in his journal. Sebastian did that and more. His services exceeded my expectations in every respect. In advance of my arrival, he had done plenty of research, to not only find the places written about, but to also find important background on those places to enhance the historical perspective of the time. His ability to interact with the resident citizens and administrative officials brought to light even more history and insight to my adventure to find the places where my grandfather (and great-grandfather) lived, and also, how they lived. I now have some incredible current photos and historical photos he obtained to insert into my grandfather’s autobiography to enhance the experience of my family and future generations. I thank Sebastian for this and would highly recommend him to anyone in search of his services.”
